Viviane (Vivi)
Vivi's journey, shaped by migration, motherhood, and a multicultural family, has taught her to stay open to different ways of seeing and understanding the world. These life experiences inform the empathic, curious, and grounded presence she aims to bring to her work.
As a therapist, Vivi supports individuals in making sense of their psychedelic experiences in a way that honours their complexity and transformative potential. She understands that such journeys can stir profound shifts in how we see ourselves, others, and life itself. Her role is to walk alongside you as you integrate those insights into daily life, may it be on an emotional, somatic or spiritual level.
Vivi brings an integrative approach to her work, drawing on person-centred, relational, and psychodynamic traditions, and she values creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and truly heard. She believes we all carry an innate wisdom, and when supported with care, it can guide deep healing and personal growth.
When Vivi isn't facilitating integration circles, she works in private practice and with a refugee organisation in East London. She's previously worked in career coaching and HR, particularly with expats and migrants, and across various settings including schools, universities, and community organisations. Her background in languages, international development, and intercultural therapy shapes her ongoing commitment to mental health as a form of personal and social change.
