Kathryn (Kathy)
Kathryn (Kathy) Osborne is an experienced Relational Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Yoga Therapist for Mental Health (Trauma Informed.) Her work with psychedelic integration and preparation clients is grounded in the understanding that transformation happens through relationship and embodied presence, not protocol alone. She founded and co-facilitates the TOPIC integration circles where participants process experiences from clinical trials, therapeutic sessions, breath-work, or personal exploration. This isn't simply a sharing space, its a relational field where co-regulation happens collectively. Through psycho-education on nervous system function, interoception and polyvagal theory, participants learn to track their somatic responses whilst being held in community. Kathryn has become fascinated by mythopoetic psychology, recognising that psychedelic experiences often speak in the language of symbol, archetype and story. If you've encountered gods, ancestors or archetypal figures in your journey she'll help you understand these not as hallucinations but as meaningful communications from your deep psyche.
